My participation in the 2025 Tasmanian State Election as an independent candidate was a cautious attempt to further the causes I have been working for through my career: equitable access to healthy, dignified housing and sustainable, resilient and beautiful living environment, among others.
My general position is environmentally and socially minded, yet culturally conservative – a perspective oddly absent in the traditional left-right party spectrum.
I aspire to uphold Christian values such as charity, forgiveness, humility, and integrity. I believe in polite, calm and respectful political debate and will not engage in anything else.
